Hey ho, just another 12+ weeks til decision makers report comes through. At least I have my 'ammo' report to pull to bits if I don't get put into the support group and have to go for appeal.

Hi lb,

That sounds more positive, however, it is only a recommendation.

In saying that the DWP DM's do tend to abide by ATOS HCP's recommendations, mostly to the detriment of claimants unfortunately, but hopefully in your case it will be a favorable outcome.

It should include a "prognosis" e.g. "in the longer term" 1 year, 2 years, 6 months, etc, etc.

It should also mention Limited Capability for Work Related Activity, (LCWRA) which gives you entry to the SG.

There should be reference to how you qualify for the SG, (LCWRA) pertaining to the LCWRA Descriptors, (ESA Regs) see here :
