Arthritic hips dont just appear even ATOS and the DWP no that I would presume...at the time of the medical I was waiting for the surgery which was so obviously needed. I won an appeal in November 2013 against the decision in 2012 to place me in the WRAG on the very same basis, indisputable verbal evidence.
