Hi J,

Even though it appears that you have been in receipt of ESA since 2009, and are not being transferred over from IB, IS or SDA, there are still no indefinate awards, you can expect to be reassessed at regular intervals. The 3 years that you have just had, is the maximum length of an award, before reassessment that we are aware of, see : How often will I be reviewed

With respect to your query Re : ATOS, they are contracted to carry out all medical services involved with the ESA assessment for the DWP. It would be ATOS who issue the ESA50, and ATOS that you must return it to, by the deadline given.
