I finally received the rest of the information in regards to my ESA application (Mobility 0pts) and appeal from WRAG to Support Group (Mobility 0pts)
This is where things get interesting!!
My original decision was made 28/06/2012 and I was placed in WRAG.
The Supplementary Submission I received today, has the decision maker stating that I cannot mobilise etc, etc over 100 metres and so I was awarded 9pts for this activity. It actually gets better, or in my eyes the DWP are made to look even more like fools as on the score sheet itself they have given me 6pts!!!
This still does not give me enough points for the Support Group but, and it’s a big but, the question on the form I filled in was 50metres or 200metres.
I have been on the phone to them but it will be interesting to see how they justify 100 metres!!
Comments??
I am sure it is not what you meant, but the Support Group is not points based, you need to meet one or more of the SG descriptors to be awarded it.

A very happy birthday to me
Today I received the outcome of the appeal that I sent to the tribunal. I was helped by the Welfare Rights people in this area, and information available on here. WR sent the same information to them as Atos had to work with. The WR lady asked the tribunal for a paper hearing based on the information provided (I didn’t have a medical with Atos).
Today, my birthday, I received confirmation from the tribunal service that my appeal was allowed, basically saying that Atos didn’t bother looking at my mobility problems and telling them to leave me alone for at least 2 years

I can’t tell you how I feel at this moment, happiness, relief, and anger at the sh*t I have had to put up with over the last 10 months.
Thank you to all at B&W for the invaluable advice

Hi A,
Happy Birthday, and congratulations on winning your appeal.

The Tribunal's recommendation of 2 years before you are reassessed is only a recommendation, and The DWP do not have to abide by it.
Hopefully, they will.
Thanks for returning to let us know, and for your kind words regarding B&W.
To speed up the in-statement of your SG award and payment of any back pay that may be owed, you could send a copy of the Tribunal decision notice to the benefits office dealing with your ESA, when you receive it.
Sending Documents to the DWP or ATOS
