ME/MH ESA50 1/13 Ruined!!!

Update! Firstly..I would like to thank B+W for all the help and advice they have given me... After 7 weeks of anxiety and waiting for the postman I finally got a letter to say that I have been moved on reassessment (no medical) from the wrag group to the support group!!! I can't believe it as I have ME/CPS and depression/anxiety and I know how difficult it has been in the past with Atos to receive enough points with these conditions

I wanted to let people know that it is possible to pass the "medical" with ME and to try and not let it affect your health as it has mine these past 3 mths. BTW.. I used "it varies" a few times re "ME" and explained why it varies

I don't know how long before the next assessment but at least for the next 3 mths I can have some much needed peace from the stress which in turn will help my health hopefully I wish everyone who iis worried and going through the process the best of luck as I know how stressful it can be.

Could someone please advise me how and where I'd get a copy of my "medical" details? Is it a ESA85A or a SARS I need to request?

I am really pleased to hear of your good news

Thanks for the very kind comments regarding B&W.

You can ring up the number on any ESA letters that you have and request the ESA85A verbally.

If you want to be sure, and gain written confirmation, you can use a SAR.

The only thing is, even though the ESA85A will be useful, as you have had a successful reconsideration, there is no guarantee that the reviewing DM has stayed with the original prognosis.

There will also be an LT54 which may include the prognosis. However, to be sure you should particularly request the length of the prognosis for the SG award.

Thank you Bro58 Just to add it was a re-assessment in which I filled in a ESA50 1/13 and asked for a home "medical" and not a reconsideration as my previous award in the wrag group was after gaining 0 points on my 1st assessment I hope that makes sense

Just one more thing if you would be so kind To apply for a SARS do I have to take the form into the job centre or can I just post it to them ?
