It can sometimes speed the process of back payment if you can supply the DWP Payments department with a copy of the Decision Notice, contact your local DWP office for contact information, if you can fax them a copy it is even better, as it does not have to make it through their internal mail system.

Hi MF,
ESA Schedule 2 (WRAG) Descriptors :
"1. Mobilising unaided by another person with or without a walking stick, manual wheelchair or other aid if such aid can reasonably be used.
1(a)Cannot either:
(i)mobilise more than 50 metres on level ground without stopping in order to avoid significant discomfort or exhaustion;
or
(ii)repeatedly mobilise 50 metres within a reasonable timescale because of significant discomfort or exhaustion."
Although this gives you 15 Points in The WRAG Descriptors,it also gives you entry to The SG.
So It is the same descriptor as Activity 1 of The Schedule 3 (SG) Descriptors :
" 1. Mobilising unaided by another person with or without a walking stick, manual wheelchair or other aid if such aid can reasonably be used.
Cannot either:
(a)mobilise more than 50 metres on level ground without stopping in order to avoid significant discomfort or exhaustion;
or
(b)repeatedly mobilise 50 metres within a reasonable timescale because of significant discomfort or exhaustion.2
So you have qualified for The SG, on the Moving Around "Mobilising" Descriptor.
A note, in passing, it should actually state ESA Regs 2011, not 2008, as the Regs were amended then.
We have seen this with quite a few members, they must be using "old stock" paper work.
It should not be of any significance though.
