Thank you so much for your help and advice. I have looked at the descriptors and I score 9 pts for unable to sit/stand for 30 mins and lots on the mental health side. I just find it hard to concentrate on what I cant do, as part of my counselling for my depression has always been to focus on what I can do. For example on the mental health side, I have days when I sit and do nothing, or when I cant cope with anyone being around me or I don't want to go out or have been out and panicked etc. The doctor who examined me could see I had problems and suggested I sought help??
