Thank you all for your advice.

I managed to find the courage to ring up the personal advisor I was due to see and she was lovely.

She's put all requirements to attend the JC on hold until the results of the appeal are known. Which, as she said, could be months.

I am so relieved.

At least you can now concentrate on the appeal and not have to worry about attending WFIs.
