Great SM,
People must start challenging the likes of ATOS more, where they are not abiding by the rules.
It is the creaking hinge that gets oiled, not the silent one.

Hi SM,
As I do not have a great deal of confidence in ATOS administration, I would e-mail ATOS stating that you have had your appointment rebooked for July, and ask for written confirmation by return that the one on 19/06/13 has been cancelled and that you don't need to attend it.
Better safe than sorry.

Could not agree more, a few years back i was too timid to stand up for my self but after loosing my DLA and reading the medical report and seeing just how they tricked me and twisted everything i said i swore to my self i would never give up any fight when i know im right in my heart and so far i have always prevailed even at times when i thought i never would. This website has played a big part in that really can't say thank you enough. You have gave me hope in times of no hope.
