What does 'full case check' mean?

Would you be kind enough to tell me the correct reg numbers for LCRWA and LCW because on one site I read it had changed, on another site it hadn't and on another one it said it had changed but that it was only for UC.

Do you think it would be cheeky of me to write on my form that they may wish to use 34 (2) if they don't think I fit any other descriptors? You are correct, ESA Reg 34 applies to The SG Schedule 3 Descriptors only. :

ESA Reg 34. (2) Applicable to Support Group :

“A descriptor applies to a claimant if that descriptor applies to the claimant for the majority of the time or, as the case may be, on the majority of occasions on which the claimant undertakes or attempts to undertake the activity described by that descriptor”

They cannot and should not be miffed, it is not a personal issue.

A claimant has every right to glean and provide as much relevant evidence as they possibly can.

You could make a note that you have had help and guidance in filling out The ESA50.
