The more I find out, the more annoyed I get. I understand that I will get approx £70 a week as the appeal rate. This is less than I had on incapacity. I am now concerned about the effect on our tax credits. Can it affect tax credits in a negative way? For example the child care element?

I must have misheard and it was dont have limited capability for work she said instead. I have received my decision and I scored zero points and there are things in the report that have been "assumed". I have just got back from holiday and I am going to CAB tomorrow morning for them to help me lodge an appeal.
