Just a quick update.
Having received the documents fro my SAR request I have learned that my initial ESA85A was completed by a nurse who used a 16 year old MED3 and seems to have completely ignored everything on and attached to my ESA50.
The revised LT54 after reconsideration says a review date of 04/12/13. Does this mean the whole process will start again and anothe ESA50 land on the carpet?
My RA has been completely up the creek for 17 years- yes it would be wonderful for it to suddenly dissapear and all my joints to be perfect and pain free, but this is not going to happen. It seems a very short award if this is what it means.

Thans again for your time and extreme patience!

Hi WL,

Unfortunately it does, the longest possible prognosis for reassessment is 3 years :

How often will I be reviewed

If your recommended review date is 04/12/13, then you can expect to receive a new ESA50 around the beginning of October. (Approximately 8 weeks before)

Yes WL,

That's why it is known as The ESA Merrygoround. :(

You could start filling in the Pdf version :

Using The PDF Version Of The ESA50 Questionnaire

Whilst referring to the "New" ESA Claims Guides :
