We would always advise that where possible, one should obtain professional help and advice in making a claim for benefits.

This is becoming more difficult with the cuts to legal aid.

Where to get advice?

Failing that, you could put Welfare Rights/Advice into your search engine with your Town/Postcode.

You could seek advice, then compare what you are being told, to what is contained in our PIP Claims Guide, and then make an informed decision on what to do.

OOPS , Thanks Mrs Hurtyback.

Got ESA on the brain at the moment.

Info on site excellent for PIP too, but yep no pdf file.

CAB/Welfare officers same as ESA re PIP, no will do anymore etc blaa blaa.
Feel we are all out on a limb, ha no pun intended!!!!

Thanks for your help :) much appreciated !! I'll need to find someone free to fill the form in for me an all , as my wrists are very limited in terms of movement
