20 weeks today they received my completed ESA50, not heard anything.

I notice also that they have issued another ESA50_042014_008_001.

Anybody else notice this?

As far as I am aware the new ESA50 has been issued because the phone numbers for the ESA department have changed.

The new ESA50 still has the 0845 prefix, was the number changing completely?

Those are on the cover page, although I am surprised that they have not changed as well. It's the 0345 number on page 1 that I am referring to.

As mentioned above I have not heard from Atos or DWP since I returned my ESA50 20 weeks ago.

If I have to undertake another F2F what is the minimum notification they have to gave you by law?

We have had claimants waiting 13 months for an assessment, although with the suspension of re-assessments we would expect waiting times to reduce.

They are required to give you 7 days written notice of an appointment but this includes the postage time, so you probably will only have 5 or 6 days.
