thank you , i have been reading extra , and looking at my atos medial and what he wrote .....what a mess it seems that he has ignored many of the guielines reguarding what or how he should make the differences he feels to what i have written. also i now see that my migraines playquite a strong point in some areas which i had not given much thought to.......they are not my main medical problem.
and the atos advisor didntwrite a typical day for me, he listed alsorts and everything and muddle a day with a year( well very nearly).

thank you.

I willsend what i can to them and take take any extra bits, including sicknotes that for some reason are in the appeal bundle although i set a copy every time had a new one. original to jobcentre and copy to appeal.
good luck to everyone.all the best

If you have simply sent the Fit Notes with no covering letter that they are to be entered as evidence to your appeal, they will likely assume that they have been sent in error.

The Fit Notes are not required for the appeal but are needed by the DWP in order for payment to be made.
