Changing my payday

My state pension is due on Monday but it always shows on online banking on the previous Friday. This is common practice with many benefits. The same happens with my DLA.
It's the way that the DWP works paying benefits through the Banks Automated Credit System (BACS)
As other moderators have stated, it cannot be changed, neither can your N.I. number, you have the same one all your life.
I don't think moderators can comment further, and the payment day and N.I. number are not really within our remit, therefore I'm locking this post.
