Hi Gordon
I have been in touch with the DWP enquiring as to why I have been invited so soon to make a new claim for PIP. I explained that I had an indefinate award and a recent letter from DWP confirming this dated 20 Feb 2014 and I also confirmed that I had not reported any Changes in Circumstances whatsoever.

Her reply was - The DWP had randomly chosen me to be re-assessed under the Right Payment Programme.

Is this correct as I didn't have a clue what she was talking about, I asked her where would I find information regarding this Right Payment Programme, she could not direct me to any website.

Can you please help. Thanks.

Hi Daisydream,

Anyone can have their DLA reassessed under the Right Payment Program, however long their award. It seems that this will take the form of inviting a PIP application when in an appropriate PIP area.

The Right Payment Programme
