Sharing some information and advice needed

Hi just wanted to clarify that Im not being assessed for PIP Im claiming ESA - im completely baffled how they have Drs to work a Saturday and Sunday but none in the week - I was shocked they called with an apt actually as I had called earlier in the day and they said they still had no-one willing to come to my area.

I have re- checked with ATOS and they are not holding it as a strike against me as it was not within their two weeks notice and that my care person could not be available

Im not sure actually weather you are classed as having a "re-newal" or whether its classed as a whole new claim - they have treated me as if Im a whole new claim - this last 10 months have been a complete mystery to me with my claim

If anyone else can shed any light on what to do about the 10 month wait I have had or should I have had to wait this long as its only a renewal etc would love to know - Im worried sick.

Thank you for the information regarding complaints - I will think about that Im always worried that if you put in a complaint it goes against you I had thought about contacting my MP will read through your links and have a think thank you
