I do have both ESA85A and LT54.

They just say I, by reason of his physical condition with incurable, progressive,
degenerative condition satisfy at least one of the descriptors under Section 3 of ESA regulations.

Looking again I think we have finally got across to them the main
points and they do not seem to be wasting time going into exact detail. The
absence pf the scoresheet is therefore not the problem I thought.

Your guides were vital in me getting the correct points across to them. Thanks.

They are not supposed to but ATOS and the DWP regularly fail to identify the Descriptors that a claimant has met to qualify for an award, unfortunately there is little that claimants can do about it.
