Hi
Could you provide me with the link for any template letter for mandatory reconsideration/appeals for ESA so I can take a look?
Thanks

Have a look in the ESA Appeal Submissions document in the ESA section.

Having opted for a mandatory reconsideration the you can claim JSA.
My partner works F/T so am I correct in saying I can only claim JSA Contribution?
Having not worked the last couple of years would it be prudent to say I am not going
to make a successful claim for JSA based on national insurance contributions in the
last two tax years.
I take it there is no other benefit I might be able to claim should it go to MR.
Thanks

It would seem likely but try not to lose track of the fact that you haven't actually been reassessed yet

Hi
Is there some regulation that if you are found to be at risk of harm to self or others
then you are more likely to get in the support group.
As background I suffer from one of the more serious mental health problems and
find the whole benefit system a real stressor. That partly explains why I am already negative to
begin with.

Have a look at the ESA Claim guides, there are two sections qualifying for the WRAG or the SG due to Exceptional Circumstances.
