am I allowed to ask the DWP for a copy of my sickness assessment as it was from health assessment advisory service on behalf of DWP at a centre for health and disability assessment centre and was conducted just like the face 2 face I had with ATOS 2 months earlier

Yes, contact the DWP office that deals with your ESA claim and ask for a copy of your ESA85 assessment report.
Just be aware that ESA looks at whether you can walk 50m or more so it may not be supportive of your PIP Mobility.

I found out my doctors letter went to esa and not to dwp - pip office so it was not taken into account on my mandatory reconsideration , today I received a copy of my esa 85 assessment and it cleary states I could not walk more the 5 mtrs because of my breathing , so today I have sent off a copy of my doctors letter and a copy of my esa 85 report to DWP - PIP department . will this help them change there mind or do I have to go to appeal .

You can try asking for a second MR which includes the ESA information but the DWP have no obligation to carry one out and if they don't then your only option would be an appeal.

AL It stated 5 metres or 50 metres? Unusual ESA 85 will give such a specific distance. They usually refer to less than 100 mtrs or less than 50 metres etc
