As Mrs H replied this afternoon, you need to ring the DWP.

Hi I rand up to request a copy of the report to be sent out to myself on Tuesday, the lady was not very helpful on the phone and said she put the request in for me on the screen but had the attitude if you get it you get it if you don't you don't, she said sometimes they send them sometimes they don't. If they do (not holding my breath) do you have any idea how long they take to arrive from when the original request is made?

Got the consultation report back this morning and I'm very upset.
8 points recommended daily living and 4 points mobility.
Throughout the whole assessment I laid on the sofa under the quilt the HP has marked me down for " Briefly moving my legs under the duvet with no non verbal indicators of pain"
Also " I briefly removed my right hand/arm from beneath the duvet to scratch my nose and my movements in my arm/hand/fingers were noted as fluid"
How can you be marked down for scratching your nose and how can you be marked down for making slight leg movements under a duvet? Has she got X ray vision?
Most of her reasoning per question read the same as follows...."He is prescribed pain relief commonly used in the treatment of moderate levels of pain and he is not prescribed the maximum dose of Gabapentin. (take 900 mg per day) . Informal observation fluid, efforts and coordinated movements in his right arm/fingers/hand (a scratch of my nose) with movement in both legs (seen through a duvet)
lots more in the form but dont want to bog you down I will be putting in for a MR but am I correct in thinking I have to await the decision first. Do you think I have been harshly treated?
