pip form was created by onestep
Hi can anyone help. Is there any way of finding out what areas Capita or Athos operate in? I want to find out if my pip assessment will be at home or at a centre? Am I correct in thinking that Capita do them all in your own home? Also for my ESA face to face I sent in a letter requesting a home visit if I need to do this for pip at what point during my application do I need to send this letter in?

You are more likely to get a home visit with Capita than ATOS but they still do a significant proportion of the assessments in their offices, you will need a new letter from your GP explaining why you cannot at the Assessment Providers offices.

I would send a copy with the PIP2, but both APs have a habit of booking an appointment without properly referring to the claimants file, so you may need to send it again if an assessment at their offices is made.

I suffer from fibromyalgia, on good days I can drive tbh its my life line, I'm on support ESA and have recently applied for pip but after becoming a member on here and reading the PIP members documents I think it sounds almost impossible to make a successful PIP claim if you admit to being able to drive a car even if it is only on a good day. Advice anyone?
