Appeal Success was created by magimagi
I had my appeal upheld about 9 weeks ago now and so far have heard nothing from the DWP. How long should it take to be put in the support group from wrag? Is there any reasons for the delay that you know about? I am now getting worried about this. Magimagi

I would contact the DWP, we would expect them to action a Tribunal Decision in 5-8 weeks, they may not have received the Decision Notice.

I was told by someone at the DWP if I win my appeal to ring the normal number and tell them and it may speed up the process, which is what Gordon suggested. I think this this will speed things up.
In other words, they need a kick up the backside LOL
Best Wishes

I finally found out that they had not actioned the decision, it was done that day and have now had it confirmed by letter. Thanks for your help and support, it's been a long year. Mag
