Pip form completed and posted was created by suzyb
Well after four weeks of filling in my Pip form with the help of my husband the members guides it was sent back yesterday. Feeling relieved it is out of the way, now the anxiety and next steps begin.

Hi Suzy, I also sent my form back yesterday, I don't think I could have managed without the guides, I found it hard thinking in a pip form way and not DLA but got there I think in the end. The wait is awful though isn't it, fingers crossed for a positive outcome .

Well I now have my medical date. It was initially for Scunthorpe at 9 .a.m. the morning on the 15th December.
Spoke to a nice gentleman at Atos now changed to 11.30 in the morning in Rotherham where we live on the 19th December. Lots better. feeling anxious what will I be like on the day .

Well this morning I had my medical with Atos. Not sure what I expected but it didn't take as long I also thought the questions would be tougher or more of them. It was just a matter of being asked the same as the form, I didn't answer to the same depth as my form.
Is this a good thing or bad thing.
The lady doing it explained what happens and it will be between 4 & 6 weeks before I hear anything. Nothing more can be done apart from try not to think about it all the time

I'm afraid we've given up trying to guess the result from how the assessment went, 4-6 weeks is consistent with what we are seeing on the forum.
