Hi, just a quick question. I had thought that people on or over 65 as of Apr 2013 would not be invited to change over from DLA to PIP. I have been approached by someone who is 71 and has received a PIP form out of the blue. They have been on DLA 12 years.

If they are 71 then they should not have received an invitation to claim PIP, they need to contact the DWP to have the invitation withdrawn.
