DM
Welcome to the forum.
In case you are not aware, your real name appears to be showing in the forum, if you want to change this then follow the instructions in the following FAQ
My full name is showing, how can I stop it?
Have you received the letter asking you to make a claim for PIP?
Or have you already made the claim and have now received the PIP2 for?
In either case I would start by reading the PIP Claim guide on the following link, it explains how to make a claim and how to complete the PIP2.

Hi DM,
Two things -
DWP will usually give a 2 week extension without any problem, just ring and ask them.
Try writing just a sentence or two about each descriptor that applies to you. Then go back and expand on your answers the next day (or whenever you can). Keep doing this until you have a comprehensive answer for each question.
