I would start by contacting the DWP for an update.

I have done this. They just keep saying it hasn't been done yet. The last person I spoke to told me it could be up to 16 weeks. It is really affecting my anxiety.

I have just phoned and been told it has been referred back to atos. They can't tell me why. Why would they do that please?
