We haven't seen an ESA award negatively impacted by an adverse PIP Decision.

Infamously
there is an UT decision concerning a claimant who talked about playing Golf on Social Media.
one of the FTT panel checked the claimants Social media profile and used this to deny his appeal. However this was a "eror in Law" because the Tribunal should have mentioned this at the hearing and gave claiment the opportunity to explain.
I believe it was refered nack to a new Tribunal so dont know final outcomwe but I think it would be difficult for Claimant to explain away.

If your worried , deactivate your Facebook for a while - you can activate it by logging in as normal
