PIP review form was created by Steve
Hi, Does the DWP have to send out a pip review form of can they use your old form as evidence.

They will either send a new PIP2 in which case treat it as a new claim, or an AR1 Review form in which case they should refer to your previous claim forms.

Hi Gordon,
Thank you for the reply
They sent neither, said they would use my old Pip2 form from 2014
It was noted and they said ' felt they could take own evidence'
Was awarded 0 points after gaining standard rate for daily care in 2014
I'm not entirely sure what to do if I appeal

What is the context to your question about the form? Are you trying to get reassessed because your conditions have changed or is it in relation to your current award ending?

There is no legal requirement for a PIP2 or an AR1 to be issued, but you can certainly argue with good effect that any Decision made without one is not fit for purpose if the previous information is now three years old.

There is no legal requirement for a PIP2 or an AR1 to be issued, but you can certainly argue with good effect that any Decision made without one is not fit for purpose if the previous information is now three years old.
