My husband is changing from DLA to PIP send away his from to claim for PIP with doctors letter and other evidence to support his claim and they have sent it all the evidence back and kept the claim form is this what they do now

I would contact the DWP office dealing with your claim for an explanation and to check whether the information was copied before it was returned.

I phoned the pip office today they said they photo copied all the evidence they need that's why they sent it back
