Obvious examples of sensory impairment would be blindness and deafness, some conditions can cause problems, particularly with vision and processing visual information but I would not anxiety and depression in the list.
You might be able to argue that any hallucinations or delusions caused by Schizoaffective disorder would count, but you may struggle to show that the claimant is affected for the majority of days,
