Capability for Work Questionnaire was created by Lynn MFT
I am currently in the Support Group and completed and returned my Capability for Work Questionnaire.
The questionnaire was received 10 weeks ago(I have proof of receipt).
My question is: how long is it before I should expect to receive a reply from the Health & Disability Assessment Centre?

There are still considerable delays in the ESA assessment process, I'm afraid it could be months before you hear, you can try contacting them for an update.
