Update
phoned DWP only to be told that a decision was made sometime in August ( look at an earlier post as how I found out what I had been awarded) the money was supposed to change on the 9th of September
I was told that basically, they forget to send me an official letter of entitlement
I received the letter today haven't even read most of it
I phoned them as I wanted a reassessment get this ....I was told it might not go through as it is late.......what in the heck the letter is dated the 19th of September I tried to explain that it was not my fault I was told that I needed to be aware that this was a possibility ok deep breath so I asked is there a form that I need to fill out .......no.........will I get a confirmation letter .........no..........I was told I have 28 days to get my evidence after 28 days they will look at it anyway and I could lose all my benefits ......... I was then told that I was unlikely to win without medical evidence
my brain hurts I have read almost all the info on PIP and this has confused me
can someone point me in the right direction as I am all over the place and have gotten confused which is the best info to to read
i feel ill and sick right now

Hi Sheila,
The time-limit for requesting MR runs from the date of the decision letter, so you should be OK. It might be worth just including a short paragraph explaining this with your request.
The PIP guide is what you need, it explains the MR process.

ok I have sat down in a quiet moment and read the letter and am shocked most of what it says I said I didn't they didn't even come close how can a report be so wrong if it wasn't for this site I would have lost my mind by now I have read peoples horror stories so I was kinda prepared
I can understand how people get upset and angry over this
its the fact that bear all you tell the assessor thing you don't even tell your closest friend let alone family and then have it smashed back in your face with downright lies things you didn't even say and assumptions yeah I'm feeling very hurt right now but that's not going to help my situation can someone please tell me in my last post if I was given the right information
