Esa assessment with someone with you

Hi. I have my assessment in a few weeks. I have always had them at home and had someone let them in but spoke to them on my own.
I need help out of the house and will be taking my mum with me , my question is I know going to the assessment on your own would be seen as a huge negative, Is it seen against you if you are pushed into the room but left alone to do the talking part? Or do you need them to come in and sit in the room with you? When I go to the docs ect i get taken there but always liked the privacy. But i don't know if that's seen against you in this situation?
I just don't know what's best or used against you?
