capability for work questionnaire again was created by Peter Parker
I received a capability for work questionnaire today and am perplexed as i won my tribunal only last year for esa support group. Only recently have i transferred successfully to pip from dla and was awarded enhanced esa for severe disability on top of that. It does seem quite soon for my esa to be 'judged' again. I have a bad feeling they'll try to put me in the non support group again and i'll have to risk a tribunal again as dwp didn't get the decision they wanted last year.

There have been no changes to the ESA Descriptors and Regulations since you were last assessed, however the DWP guidance has been updated so you should use the latest guides to help your complete the ESA50.
