Awarded pop by tribunal till 03/08/18 help

Pipe awarded by tribunal till 02/08/2018 buy judge just had award review form drop letter box, don't understand? I thought that my award by the court was good till the date on decision notice dose this mean that they don't have to respect the courts rulling??

Any one know?

It is normal DWP practice to start reassessing PIP claims a full year before they are due to end!

Although the Tribunal decision gave 2018 as the end date, legislation allows for PIP to be reassessed at any stage, for any reason (or none), so I'm afraid there is no option but to comply with the reassessment.

There are several forms used for reassessment. Whichever you have, the PIP guide will explain how to complete it.
