Hi, Do you know if the 'decision maker' has access to previous claim forms when reviewing a claim? The reason I ask is that, thanks to your excellent guides, I feel that I should copy out word for word the sections that haven't changed since my previous claim, onto my review form. I know about descriptors that the dwp have changed in their wording so will allow my answers to reflect those changes. I just thought if some answers are copied word for word from my previous forms, the dwp might assume I am 'cheating. ' The truth is that in certain sections, my condition has not changed in any way at all and it would be easier just to copy them out. I am in support group esa and higher rate daily care/lower rate mobility on pip. Many thanks
