I was up for appeal on tues and got the dreaded brown letter this morning , the result I was unentitled on both care and mobility , wondering what my next move should be , it seems to me the totally disregarded my mental health , any thoughts
You can make a new claim for PIP immediately, there is no waiting time.
You can only take the existing claim further if you can show that there was an Error of Law in the making of the Decision, not because you disagree with it.
