ESA Tribunal query was created by mage
Hi,
I have sent in all my evidence for the Tribunal and so have the DWP. I have noticed that in the DWP's evidence they asked that I should not have Limited Capability for work even if I win my case.
I sent a copy of my doctors letter asking for my benefits to be reinstated.
My question is, would I need to write to the courts and ask them to reinstate my ESA at the support group rate in the chance I would win my appeal ? Or if I won would I automatically get back into the support group ?
I took your advice Gordon and wrote to the courts explaining although I would like to attend the hearing I am too unwell.
Many Thanks

The tribunal will decide whether they believe you meet the criteria for the WRAG or Support Group.
