I think you should be cautious in accepting the assessors comments, they may well have been genuine, but it is not the assessors place to tell the claimant about a "decision", they do not make the Decision, the DWP do.
That said, it seems likely that you will not be found Fit for Work, but you will have to wait and see whether you remain in the SG or not.
