Starting the PIP switchover - one Q at the outset was created by TKR99
Hi everyone - I've just had the PIP letter and going to do the phonecall tomorrow sometime, but before I do I just wanted to check if there's more to this call than the obvious info requested - are they going to ask questions on my situation or otherwise be assesing me at this early stage?
I've got a good Development Officer hopefully available to help with the form etc, & I've read everything I can from here so just don't want to make any silly mistakes at the outset.
Thanks.

It's a standard set of questions to ensure that you are eligible to start a claim. None of the information is used to assess whether you are eligible for an award.
See the PIP Claim guide for details of the questions and the process.
