I'd recently received a letter from DWP, informing me of a stoppage to my claim for ESA, for failing the WCA. So, today I'd got in touch with DWP to request a mandatory reconsideration to be put through.
The customer service agent, checked my case file on the system, and told me that on the 4th Sept. the DM had attempted to contact me in relation to the assessment under review.
The thing is he'd used an old mobile no. - the system hadn't been properly updated.
As a result of this, I now have a DM appointed at some stage tomorrow.
I'm in need of as much advice as possible, as I have no idea what I'm in for.
