Pip Aids and appliances q3a

Ok so a brief summary of my conditions I suffer with fibromyalgia, cervical spine stenosis which has caused numbness in fingers pins and needles down both forearms and weakness in both arms I also have oesteoarthritis at the base of my thumbs causing stiffness and pain. I am unable to grip with either hand or bare any weight due to the pain it causes I also have oeasteoarthritis in both knees so am unable to stand or sit comfortably due to pain stiffness, my knees can give way at any given.. I don't use aids as wouldn't be beneficial.. what on earth do I tick yes or no arrrrrrgggghhhh!
