I seem to have pages and pages for my pip appeal I've stated all my illnesses all my symptoms all proplems I have with daily living included the pip questions the assessors answers what I believe I should have been scored what the assessor didn't take into account ,a prescription of medicines and list of other meds I take a report from my pain clinic just looking for some other reports I have and trying to do a diary list anything else I should include ? Help please

The most important thing is to explain why you believe you meet the PIP Descriptors and should score sufficient points for an award, you say that you have done this, so providing you are happy with what you have written then you should try and relax.
