Does the journey refer to walking outside and using public transport?
or does it include journeys i may do by car and driving?
I have answered this in terms of doing a journey by public transport and walking
on unfamiliar routes.
thank you
The journey is not well defined, my tendency would be to go for walking but this could also include a journey by car. I think you need to think about the Descriptors you are being assessed against, so;
- Planning a journey could be either
- Undertaking a journey is more about going outside and being with people, so walking is a better fit, although you could argue that being in a car is an extension of your house.
- Following a journey is about navigation and so could be either.
Be aware, we have seen members denied points for using Public Transport as it is not referred to in the Descriptors, you should certainly mention any problems that you have but don't rely on it to score.
