I have had to move your post to it's own topic, we ask members not to post their questions in other's topics as it can lead to the wrong advice being given or taken.
You cannot be forced to do anything. If you think that the assessors request would cause you unreasonable physical or mental harm, just explain why you are refusing.
I would ask for a copy of the report, just ask for the assessment report, it's called a PA4.
