Hello there,
I am currently awaiting confirmation as to whether I require a face to face assessment for my ESA claim.
I have found out that an ESA113 form was sent to my GP surgery, and so I called my GP surgery today, where I was advised by the receptionist that my GP sent the report back last Wednesday.
I requested a copy of the report, however, I was advised that they were unable to supply me with this, and that I would need to ask the DWP.
Is this correct information that I've been given?
