Helping completing DLA to PIP form

Hi
I have received the dreaded form and I wanted some advice on how to complete the form. I am in constant pain when I walk due to rheumatoid arthritis in both knees so even though I can walk I am in pain constantly especially when going up and down steps how is it best to word this on the form within the mobility section? I have been on DLA since 2004 on an indefinite award so it's been a while since I completed a form.
