Most of the additional information I have won’t fit into the supplied box. How should I present this
a. Write the first paragraph in the supplied and then say see additional information? OR
b. Just write see additional information and supply ALL of the information on a printed sheet
I’ve a feeling Gordon answered this sometime back but I can’t find the post
And just to clarify each attached sheet should have: claimants name, their national insurance and the question number? Anything else?

Hi Kevin,
It is probably acceptable to do it either way but it may be better to write 'see additional information page....' in order to keep your all of your responses in one place.
Each additional sheet should have the claimants name, NI number and a page number Adding the question number at the top of the page will make it easier to cross reference them.

Page numbers. Are we talking about the printed sheet eg page 3 of 8 or are we talking about the page number the question applies to eg page 20 of the PIP Form?
I’m thinking the former

Yes the former, you want it to be clear if any of your pages are missing.
